Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon raw honey (preferably organic)
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric (or freshly grated turmeric)
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 240 ml warm water (or warm plant-based milk for a creamier version)
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the chia seeds
• In a small bowl or cup, add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to 1/2 cup of warm water.
• Mix well and let sit for 10-15 minutes until it reaches a gel-like consistency. This helps improve digestion and absorption.
Step 2: Combine the dry ingredients
• In a separate cup, combine 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric.
• Mix to combine evenly.
