Method:

Pour the water into the pot and begin heating.
Add the soap, cut into pieces, and stir well. Simmer for about 2 hours, until the soap has completely dissolved.
Add the vinegar and baking soda.
Turn off the heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
Pour the liquid detergent into plastic bottles, making sure to fill them only 1/3 full.
Pour water into the bottles, using a ratio of 1 part detergent to 2 parts water (for example, for every 100 ml of detergent, 200 ml of water).
Let it sit for about 12 hours before using.
Caution: Do not add essential oils to flavor the detergent.
